Chloe Kim has officially returned home after her triumphant performance at the 2026 Milan Cortina Games.

The professional snowboarder won a silver medal in the women’s halfpipe on Thursday, Feb. 12, marking her third overall Olympic podium placement. She’d previously won gold twice in the halfpipe, breaking two records in the process: once in 2018 at the PyeongChang Games at just 17 years old, becoming the youngest woman to do so, and in 2022 at the Beijing Games, becoming the first woman to take home two gold medals back-to-back in that category.

And this week, the Olympian traveled home, taking fans along to see what she’s been up to following her impressive showing in the snow.

A day in Kim’s life

In the video, Kim began her day with a strength-training workout. She stated that, while she hadn’t done a straightforward workout like this in a while, she “wants to get her shoulder strong before she gets surgery to make the rehab a bit easier.” For those unaware, shortly before her silver medal-winning performance in Italy last week, the athlete had dislocated her shoulder upon sustaining a fall during practice.

Following her workout, Kim enjoyed a tasty chicken plate for lunch, then got her hair done, which she joked was “much-needed.” She traveled back home to spend time with her adorable dog, then caught some Pokémon while chatting on a video call with her boyfriend, NFL star Myles Garrett. From there, she enjoyed some reheated dinner courtesy of her mother before settling in for the night. “Back in my routine and so so happy to be home! 🤍,” Kim wrote in the caption.

Fans and famous friends applaud Kim’s relatable routine

Many fans and famous friends of the Olympian were impressed by how quickly she returned to her routine after the Games, praising Kim in the comment section.

“Girl! You’re already back in the gym?!?” Fellow Olympian Ilona Maher asked.

“Welcome home to the GOAT 🇺🇸👏🇺🇸👏,” one user applauded.

“Chloe! You are my champion! You goooo guuurl!” Another added.

Still, one specific portion of the video stood out to fans: her sweet exchange with Garrett, with several users relating to the sweet, realistic relationship moment.

“Grinding Pokémon for your partner is so relatable. ❤️,” a commenter noted.

“Myles showing you his Pokémon cards 🥲🥹,” another added.

“The Pokémon stuff with your partner is what I dream [of],” one user declared.
