Olivia Dunne might be coming to a big screen near you in the future.

This week, Sports Illustrated’s official Instagram account shared a few new clips from its red carpet interviews taken during Super Bowl weekend back on Feb. 8, in which they asked various celebrities, “Can you tell us a secret?” All were excellent sports, with several coyly sharing some things we may not know about them.

For instance, model and TV host Camille Kostek revealed that she “knows how to read music and play the piano.” Meanwhile, Olympian Ilona Maher shared that she “loves a long walk,” making a humorous face before joking, “That’s all I’ve got right now, let me think!” Still, as Dunne took the mic, she was more candid about her secret, openly saying, “I’ve been taking acting lessons.”

And while the acting lessons themselves might’ve been a secret, Dunne’s desire to dip her toes into the Hollywood pool has been well documented. The retired NCAA gymnast—who officially said goodbye to the sport last April after her fifth season with the Louisiana State University Tigers—opened up about this new interest in her 2025 wrap-up, as reported by Bleacher Report.

In the nearly 20-minute-long YouTube video shared at the end of last year, the content creator caught fans up on everything she’d been up to in 2025, including surprising her sister with her dream car for her birthday, her viral moment on the runway at Swim Week in Miami, her emotional departure from gymnastics and her time spent traveling the country to attend various events, including Fanatics Fest. At the very end of the video, she sat down to chat face-to-face with the camera, sharing her plans for the new year.

“For 2026, I’ve been catching up on some reading—[and by] reading, I mean reading scripts," Dunne said. “I’ve been getting a lot of auditions. I’ve been playing someone that’s not myself. It’s different because I’ve always played Olivia Dunne. Yeah, I really get into character, and it’s been super fun doing these auditions. For 2026, I guess you’re just going to have to find out!”

While we’ll have to wait a little longer to see the types of film and TV roles Dunne might pop up in, one thing’s for sure: her dedicated fanbase will be more than happy to support her.

“Livvy is going to slay the acting world just like she does gymnastics,” one user wrote in the comments of a TikTok video featuring the Sports Illustrated interview clip.

“Huge LSU fan which includes all LSU sports including gymnastics,” another added. “Love you, hope you do great!”
