Meet the WAGs Who Are Cheering on the Tennessee Titans During the 2025-26 Season

The Tennessee Titans’ 41-20 loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Sept. 21, brings their regular-season record to 0-3. In Week 4, the team will travel to Houston to face the Texans on Sunday, Sept. 28, in hopes of their first win since their duo of preseason victories in August.
But before they hit the road, let’s meet the significant others of the team’s active roster, who will be rooting for the Nashville-based franchise during its next matchup on Sunday.
Sarah Connley (Brandon Allen)
Sarah married Brandon in Arkansas in March of 2019, and in January of 2020, the quarterback announced that his wife was pregnant with their first son together, Oakland Duc. Now parents to two, the Allen family joined the Titans for their first season this year, after spending two seasons with the San Francisco 49ers in 2023 and 2024.
Samaria Jefferson (Van Jefferson)
Samaria’s love story with Van started in 2014, “the day you asked me to be your girlfriend in high school,” she penned on Instagram. Over a decade later, the duo celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary in June. They share four children, Isabella, Champ Curtis, Elijah and Olivia Jean. The family joined the Titans together for Van’s sixth year in the league in March.
Jade Baker (Darrell Baker Jr.)
The Bakers tied the knot in April, roughly a year and a half after the cornerback proposed to his future wife in September of 2023. Darrell actually got down on one knee at the couple’s baby shower, and two months later, they welcomed their son Dallas Darrell. According to the Indy Star, the couple’s romance started on X (formerly Twitter), with the cornerback telling the outlet, “I was like, ‘Man, she looks good, and if I can get this one, I’m not letting her slip at all.’”
Carlie Barton (Cody Barton)
Carlie’s “single greatest day of [her] life”—she stated on Instagram—was the day she said yes to linebacker Cody in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The couple rang in their first wedding anniversary in August, and that same month, the 31-year-old announced that she was pregnant with their first child. “The absolute most grateful for this little one that I finally get to grow,” she penned to the app to disclose the news.
Lauren Cox (Morgan Cox)
Lauren, an actress, can be spotted in shows like Veep and House of Cards. She has been with her husband, Morgan—the team’s long snapper—for 14 years, and the duo shares three children: Daniel Morgan, Jonah McGinnis, Ruby Elizabeth and Thomas James. It’s the duo’s fifth season with the Tennessee franchise.
Abby Diggs (Quandre Diggs)
Abby married Quandre in 2023 in Sonoma, a decade after the duo were introduced via X (formerly Twitter)—their wedding photographer, Jenna Guyot, posted. The duo welcomed their first child, Ariya Marie, in July 2019. Then, they welcomed their second, Kash Amari, in May 2023. Aubrey Michelle, their third child, was born in April of 2024.

Mary said yes to offensive lineman Blake in 2022, when her soon-to-be husband posted to X (formerly Twitter), “After 7+ years together, we are engaged!” The Wisconsin native previously swam at Northwestern University and rang in a “school-record time” during her senior season in the 200m medley relay, the university reported.
Makayla (Johnny Hekker)
Makayla recently rang in a decade of marriage with punter Johnny in June, and her husband penned, “Every day has been a blessing, being by your side,” for the occasion. They share three kids—Jett, Maya and Hava—and joined the Titans in March, following three seasons with the Carolina Panthers.
Lucy Tidwell (Gunnar Helm)
This longtime couple’s Instagram debut dates back to the beginning of 2022, when Lucy, a University of Oklahoma graduate, posted the tight end to her feed that January. It’s the couple’s first season with the Titans, following Gunnar’s fourth-round selection by the franchise in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Stelle (Amani Hooker)
Stelle and Amani tied the knot in a May ceremony in Miami, Fla., two years after the safety proposed in the same city in May of 2023. Amani announced that they were expecting their first child together in July of 2022, and the family of four smiled together for the couple's big day in late spring.
Kayla Kren (Dre’Mont Jones)
Kayla covertly debuted her connection to offensive lineman Dre’Mont in November of 2021 on Instagram from Empower Field at Mile High in Denver. On the sidelines, Kayla captioned the post “9️⃣3️⃣” with an orange heart—a nod to Dre’Mont’s former number on the Broncos. Now, the duo has two children, Dre'Mont “Kenzo” and Eliza Angela.
Rachel Joseph-Day (Sebastian Joseph-Day)
Rachel and Sebastian exchanged vows in a ceremony in the Golden State and celebrated three years of marriage in early July. Rachel, who has been with the defensive end for over a decade, is a mother to their two children, Lennix and Lòwell Luke, who she gave birth to in February.
Anna Miller (Corey Levin)
In 2018, Anna and Corey tied the knot, and four years later, she gave birth to their first child, James Marshall. Anna has been by Corey’s side throughout his entire tenure with the Titans. He was drafted by the organization in 2018, and after stints with multiple organizations from 2019 to 2021, has been a returning member of the franchise since.
Lauren Lockett (Tyler Lockett)
Less than a year after Lauren said yes to Tyler in a September 2022 proposal, the cosmetologist tied the knot with the wide receiver in July of 2023. Then, roughly four months after their first wedding anniversary, in November of 2024, Lauren announced that she was pregnant with their first child. She gave birth to their daughter, Londyn Rose, in May.
Erica Parada (Oluwafemi Oladejo)
Oluwafemi asked Erica to be his girlfriend before the summer of his rookie season with the Titans was in full swing. In late May, prepped with a duo of signs, flowers and a gift basket for the University of Los Angeles, Calif., graduate, the duo’s love story commenced.
Dominique Michelle (Calvin Ridley)
Since the moment Calvin was selected in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons, Dominique has been cheering him on. As their relationship grew, so did their family. She gave birth to their daughter, Cree Michelle, in June of 2020. Then the couple welcomed Coi Meielle in November of 2023. In July, their third daughter, Chlo Milan, was born.
Brittaney Slye (Joey Slye)
In April 2023, Brittaney and Joey became the Slyes and cemented their marriage with a ceremony in Charleston, S.C. Linked to the seven-year kicker (who joined the Titans in March) since 2019, Brittaney—a doctor of physical therapy—extended their family with the birth of their baby girl, Palmer Memphis, in November of 2024.
Sydnee (Jihad Ward)
Sydney, a registered nurse, married offensive lineman Jihad in May of 2024. Roughly a year after the “ceremony of [her] dream,” in Beverly Hills—she previously penned to Instagram—the duo announced in a joint post that they were expecting their first child together. “We can’t wait to meet you,” the mother-to-be gushed.
Kirah (Kevin Winston Jr.)
This pair of prom dates, Kirah and Kevin, have been publicly linked since the turn of the decade, with the safety commenting a duo of heart eyes on her first Instagram post in 2020. Kevin was selected in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft by the Titans in April, and the duo is embarking on their first season in the professional league together.
Savannah (Samuel Womack III)
Savannah, a 2022 University of Toledo graduate, has been publicly linked to cornerback Samuel for over three years. The certified surgical technologist has cheered him on throughout his stints with the San Francisco 49ers and the Indianapolis Colts, and the duo joined the Titans organization in August.
Destiny (Xavier Woods)
Destiny celebrated the Xaivers’ signing to the Titans with their four children in March, after spending three years in North Carolina with the Panthers from 2022 to 2025. Three years prior, before the arrival of their son and youngest daughter, Xavier gushed about his wife and oldest duo of girls, telling the Panthers, “They keep me on my toes.”
Sara Zeitler (Kevin Zeitler)
Sara has been married to Kevin since 2013. The duo joined the Titans for his 14th year in the league in March, and to start the preseason in July, she penned, “forever proud of you, love” to the longtime guard on Instagram. The duo shares three daughters, Kaleia Rose, Parker Lou and Livvy Marie.
