Angel Reese Brings Monochromatic ’Fit and Impeccable Face Card to London

The Chicago Sky forward adventured around England’s capital city before cheering on her rumored beau, Wendell Carter Jr., at the NBA London Game 2026.

In the midst of the WNBA offseason, Angel Reese hit the streets of London and donned a luxe, all-black ensemble to snap some photos for her Instagram followers.

The two-time All-Star, who will return to the Chicago Sky for her third season with the franchise this year, posed by a cherry red phone booth in a floor-length fur coat and a pinstriped set featuring a button-up top and matching trousers. She completed the look with a shiny Chanel belt, a black leather handbag and flats, and gold-rimmed sunnies to match the hardware of her watch and ring.

Sharing the look to Instagram on Jan. 17 with four frames of the stylish outfit, the 23-year-old wrote “☎️ & 🕰️” as the post’s caption. Her fans headed to her comment section to give the monochromatic moment their stamp of approval.

“I’m calling the cover of vogue,” a fan declared.

“London has never seen this kind of Tea!😍,” another user quipped.

A second stint in the city

Reese stayed in London throughout the weekend to watch the NBA London Game 2026 on Sunday, Jan. 18. Before heading to the sidelines of The 02 arena, the athlete posed in another matching set—consisting of a buttoned-up blazer, micro shorts and a matching beret from Chanel—while she held onto a patent leather handbag from the label.

While the Maryland native’s hometown team didn't tip off during the international excursion in London, we think we know who Reese was rooting for during the overseas matchup featuring the Orlando Magic and Memphis Grizzlies.

She has been linked to Magic forward, Wendell Carter Jr., throughout most of 2025 and has been spotted at numerous games throughout the NBA season. Reese also recently touched down in Berlin for the team’s previous international competition against Memphis on Jan. 15, where she repped the team’s blue and black color scheme at Uber Arena. However, neither Reese nor Carter has publicly confirmed their status.

On their relationship, Carter stated in November, “That’s the homie for sure,” on an episode of FanDuel TV’s Run It Back. The 26-year-old continued, “We locked in. Y’all gonna find out when y’all need to find out. We’ll just leave it at that. That’s my girl, though. We locked in for sure.”
