Angel Reese Perfects Preppy Chic Fashion With Cool Courtside Look

The athlete served exquisite style at the San Antonio Spurs vs. the Orlando Magic game.

School is in session, and Angel Reese is serving up a masterclass in preppy style.

The Chicago Sky forward blessed her Instagram fans with stunning snaps of her wearing an outstanding ensemble while attending the showdown between the San Antonio Spurs and the Orlando Magic this week. She leaned into the college girl aesthetic with her taupe brown blazer that doubled as a dress. Reese sported a classic white button-up dress shirt underneath the oversized jacket. Her red tie made for a flawless finishing touch for the upper half.

As far as the lower half of her ‘fit, she kept the chic energy going by wearing white knee-high socks, a hallmark of preppy fashion. A pair of cherry-red pointed slingback heels was the perfect pop of color, as it made the ensemble even more eye-catching. Reese’s glasses and metallic burgundy clutch purse also elevated the cool courtside vibe.

Reese continues to showcase how multifaceted she is as a professional basketball player, a podcast host, a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway model and so much more. Every role she’s acquired thus far demonstrates how she can’t be put into a single category.

While chatting with singer-songwriter Victoria Monét on her latest podcast episode, Reese related to her experience around being multiple things at once. There, the multihyphenate opened up about how she felt about some critics seeing her as nothing more than an athlete.

“I love how you said people are so firm on like just how they met you and how they know you,” Reese stated. “Yes, everybody knows me as a basketball player first, but there are like so many other things that I can do.”

Continuing her thought, she added, “And also, I put 100% effort and work into all of the things. And I think people don’t understand that. You can put 100% effort into every single thing that you do and also be good at multiple things.”

Because of her commitment to going against the grain, Reese has carved out a path for other professional athletes who don’t want to be boxed in. Case in point, her iconic tunnel outfits continuously pushed the envelope, highlighting that swag can be served both on and off the court.
