On Sunday evening, the 31st Critics Choice Awards honored all the phenomenal film and television that the left the world captivated within the past year. Stars were dressed to the nines for this special night out, and in doing so, they aptly let their fans know that there are plenty more jaw-dropping looks to come this award season.

Many famous faces thrived in the fashion realm, but there were a few particularly eye-catching, intriguing and, most importantly, timeless looks to come out of the evening. All around, this year’s Critics Choice Awards wouldn’t be the same without these 10 out of 10 ensembles.

Without further ado, here are the celebrities that absolutely hit the ball out of the park where fashion was concerned.

Ariana Grande

Grande encapsulated a sweet and soft aesthetic exceptionally well with this dreamy look. Lace and polka dots might be one of the fashion trends to dominate this year—and if that’s the case, there will be no denying which fashionista set it off.

Chase Infiniti

Infiniti seems to have an addiction to serving up looks that could make even the most novice style guru envious. Her butter yellow, ab-baring gown radiates an energy so fabulous that it’s easily our favorite look from this actress so far. Keep an eye on her for all the fashion-forward moments she’s sure to bring forth this year.

Elle Fanning

Fanning is in her goddess era, and there’s no stopping a girl who is in touch with her divine side. She marveled in her shimmery piece, resembling a moving wave of gold. The trail following so gently behind her was a nice touch, giving photographers on the red carpet something to remember her by.

Erin Doherty

Who says geometry has no place in couture clothing? Whoever did has clearly never encountered Dohetry’s lovely emerald dress because, if they had, they would immediately retract their statement to marvel at this mesmerizing silhouette. The frame of the lower half is clever showing of how a garment can finish strong.

Leighton Meester

Meester, the queen that you are. The Gossip Girl beauty earned a spot in this list for sporting a shade that the red carpet needs more of. Her light violet strapless number deserved a round of applause for the way it immaculately created a pop of color against the black backdrop. Sophistication has a color, and to Meester, it might be purple.

Odessa A'zion

The internet cannot keep A’zion out of their brains, but there’s a good chance fans may like it that way. Another metallic look of the night, the actress was draped in silver threads and covered from neck to toe in layers of luxe materials. She shined bright like a diamond like never before.

Wunmi Mosaku

If there’s one thing Mosaku is going to do on the red carpet, it’s devour. The Sinners star was a walking work of art with this blue ombré look. The cascading drapes made this look, bringing dramatics to the carpet in a way that can only be viewed as a masterpiece. Hands down, blue is Mosaku’s color.
