See How Ashley Graham and Kelsey Merritt Styled a Black Tube Maxi Dress Two Totally Different Ways

The SI Swimsuit alumnas are nailing their New York Fashion Week Looks with the closet staple.

Nothing is more versatile than a black floor-length tube dress—and both supermodels Ashley Graham and Kelsey Merritt are proving that they can style similar pieces in two totally different ways for glamorous New York Fashion Week events.

Three-time SI Swimsuit model Merritt, who has cemented herself as an Instagram fashion icon, stunned at the Ralph Lauren fashion show on Sept. 8. She wore a black washed suede tube gown featuring a figure-skimming bodice and subtle textured lines. Merritt added a touch of western charm to the dress with a chunky armored oval buckle waist belt from the New York City-based fashion house and a bronze clutch. Her long dark locks were styled into a smooth blowout and she opted for simple latte makeup glam, including a gorgeous glossy mauve lip and winged eyeliner.

Graham, a 2016 SI Swimsuit cover star, went for a slightly more edgy look with a sheeny leather tube dress. The mom of three was styled by Emily Evans, who paired the skin-tight black number with matching mid-length gloves. Graham rocked a gorgeous sultry glam moment, including bronzed cheekbones, feathered brows, warm-toned eyeshadow, terracotta blush, subtle mascara and a glossy taupe lip. Her hair was styled into fabulous beach waves by Danielle Priano.

“she’s committed 🧤,” the 35-year-old captioned a carousel of the fun look that she shared with her 21.4 million IG followers.
