Supermodels Gigi Hadid, Hailey Bieber and Heidi Klum have put their stamp of approval on the hottest new shoe trend: leather loafers.

The Project Runway star donned a gorgeous sleek, minimalist black pair for her recent cover feature on People’s StyleWatch edition. She paired the Stuart Weitzman shoes with a R13 chunky cherry red sweater, long ruched white socks, white hot pants and a green, yellow and black plaid baseball cap from Ralph Lauren for a fun and flirty fall outfit. She was styled by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn and photographed by Max Montgomery.

“All the grunge is giving me start-of-my-career vibes,” the 50-year-old said of the photoshoot’s 1990s-inspired aesthetic. “Or back to school at 50!”

The Rhode founder has been rocking loafers for a while. She debuted a similar outfit to Klum’s last November and added a bit of her own edgy Bieber pizazz to it.

The 26-year-old wore an oversized white teddy crewneck and a short black skirt paired with classic black loafers and white ankle socks. She added a baggy leather jacket with a bright red inner lining that peeked out through the folded sleeves and accessorized with sleek black sunglasses.

“last lil bit 🖤📸,” she captioned her photo dump that started with the cozy, leggy look.

The Guest in Residence founder wore her black-and-white loafers in the latest campaign for her clothing brand. She added her touch of Hadid flair to the outfit with a colorful striped oversized crewneck, straight-leg medium-wash jeans and scrunched-up long charcoal socks.

The mom of one, who shares her daughter Khai, 3, with ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik, shared a carousel of pieces and looks from the fashion label’s fall 2023 collection.
