Christie Brinkley has been featured in the SI Swimsuit Issue 10 times over the years, including three consecutive covers. The supermodel and entrepreneur has always had an incredible sense of fashion, and the 69-year-old recently reminded her Instagram followers just how timeless her style really is.

On July 20, the mom of three shared a throwback photo of herself from the 1980s in which she wore a crisp white button-up with a sweater and white blazer thrown over top, along with a pair of flowy pants on her lower half. She tagged French fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier in the snap.

“If you kept your #christiebrinkleycollection clothes from the early 80’s they would still look on point today!” Brinkley mused in her caption. “These are the kind of pieces I’m looking for today so I can keep them around forever working them into my act! 👍🏼!”

“So true,” one of Brinkley’s 863,000 followers wrote in the comments. “I love this fashion! 😍.”

“Love this look!! ❤️❤️❤️ How about a new collection??? 😍😍😍,” someone else suggested, to which Brinkley responded, “Great idea!!👍🏼.”

“Start your line up again!” another fan concurred. “You have a great eye for so much, including of course, fashion!”

“Love the 80’s classics...sans extra shoulder pads 😍👍,” one person quipped.
