Christina Aguilera Is a Glam Goddess in Gold Designer Gown
We can always count on Christina Aguilera to bring her glam sense of style to any and every look, and the “Genie in a Bottle” singer did just that for a climate change event she recently hosted at her home.
Aguilera wore a stunning yellow Vivienne Westwood gown for the occasion, which featured draping at the bust and hugged the singer’s curves perfectly. Stylist Chris Horan paired the classy dress with a black coat that casually hung off of Aguilera’s shoulders. As for the aforementioned glam, makeup artist Etienne Ortega went bold with sparkly green eyeshadow, lots of lashes and a glossy dark nude lip. Meanwhile, hairstylist Igor Rosales-Jackson coaxed Xtina’s signature bleach blonde locks into a modern version of old Hollywood-inspired waves.
Aguilera showed off her immaculate look with several Instagram posts on Sept. 28 and 29. “@viviennewestwood 🪐💛,” she captioned one of the carousels, in which she tagged the designer.
“Face card NEVERR declinesss,” one of the Burlesque star’s 9.3 million followers noted in the comments section.
“LOVE IT! You always slay in Viv 👑,” another person noted.
“You look SO gorgeous,” an additional follower applauded. “That color on you is everything ❤️.”
Aguilera noted in an additional post that she donned the outfit to host an event on behalf of the Climate Reality Project, a nonprofit organization that works to educate the public on climate change. Celebrities like Kesha and Hayley Kiyoko were both in attendance.
“Throughout the evening, we discussed the urgent need to address climate change, the steps we can all take to make a difference, and the power of collective action,” she wrote in her caption. “Together, we can create a more sustainable future for generations to come. Let’s keep the conversation going, stay informing and take action to protect our planet.”
