Doechii Is a Neon Daydream While Sporting Spectacular Styles for ‘British Vogue’ Cover

Doechii is on the cover of British Vogue for their August 2025 issue, and her photos are making us all want to dig our best neon styles out of our wardrobes.
The 26-year-old Grammy-winning singer—who made history earlier this year as the third woman ever to take home the award in the Best Rap Album category for her incredible work on Alligator Bites Never Heal—has indisputably made 2025 her year, and her latest magazine feature is only solidifying her takeover.
For the cover shot, which was taken by photographer Elizaveta Porodina, the artist donned a long-sleeve, high-neck, netted neon green dress by Givenchy by Sarah Burton, which hugged her figure expertly. The band around the center of the garment cinched her waist for a sultry hourglass shape, with her dynamic pose perfectly positioning her in the center of the shot.
Her hair, which was done by stylist Jawara, was as gorgeous as it was voluminous, blowing behind her as she seemed to dance to an unheard tune. Her makeup was done by Jamal Scott and was equally show-stopping, with matte skin, bright cheeks, blended eyeshadows and glossy red lips being the name of the game.
“Dreaming of Doechii” proved to be the perfect cover line for this snapshot, as we’ll all indeed be remembering this fabulous fashion moment as we close our eyes this evening!
But that breathtaking cover shot was only one of the many incredible photos snapped by Porodina for Doechii’s feature, with other looks including an incredible corset dress crafted with various seashells by Dilara Findikoglu—the same brand responsible for Cate Blanchett’s recent headline-making look at the Serpentine Gallery Summer Party. This ensemble was further accessorized with matching oversized pearl earrings by Givenchy by Sarah Burton.
More looks in the spread included a couple of incredible ‘70s-style fringe mini dresses and bodysuits in eye-catching shades of orange and silver, as well as graphic eyeshadow looks that popped right off the page. Serious kudos to Porodina, as well as stylists Stella Greenspan and set designer Ava Naia Villafañe!
As the superstar sat down with the magazine for an excellent piece written by Jazmine Hughes, she opened up about everything from her lyric-writing process to her personal style. Doechii ended their conversation with a candid thought, noting that “we don’t really have a superstar of this generation just yet, because there hasn’t been enough time.”
“When I look at pop culture right now, I’m just trying to figure out, ‘OK, what does a Doechii superstar look like? What does it take to make that?’” She concluded, adding, “I have no clue. I’m still figuring it out.”
