Dua Lipa’s Dual-Toned Swim Look Is the Unexpected Trend We’re Copying Next

The pop sensation has been having the time of her life while celebrating her birthday this month.

Dua Lipa has been taking “30, flirty and thriving” to the next level this week while celebrating her upcoming 30th birthday.

The singer—who has been traveling around the world since November 2024 performing her acclaimed Radical Optimism Tour—took a well-deserved break this week, relaxing with friends and family on a tropical getaway. Lipa’s birthday is on Aug. 22 and, per the singer’s social media captions, she’s celebrating the special occasion all month long (which, let’s be real, absolutely checks out for a fun-lovin’ Leo like Lipa!).

And while all of the snapshots in her latest Instagram post were truly breathtaking, one thing in particular stood out to us: Lipa's unique bikini, which has become our latest trend obsession.

In the cover shot of the jam-packed 20-photo carousel, the pop sensation sported an incredible dual-toned two-piece swimsuit. The cut of the bikini gave the illusion of a stacked style, with the bottom layer displaying a beautiful sky blue shade while the top layer switched things up with a marvelous maroon. The sparkling fabric only further elevated the swimsuit, and the dual ties on the string bottom allowed for a flirty high-hip/low-hip moment.

As if there wasn’t already enough sparkle, Lipa accessorized the show-stopping ensemble with two thick gold bangle bracelets and a dainty set of stacked necklaces. Her signature long, dark tresses fell in waves on her bare shoulders, and she kept her makeup to a minimum, which proved to be the perfect glam for her day out on the water, soaking up the sunshine.

Other photos in the massive drop include a video of the superstar dancing around while balancing a drink on her head, eating some juicy-looking watermelon, and smiling while surrounded by a huge group of her loved ones. “☄️ feeling v lucky n loved 🇪🇸❤️,” Lipa penned as part of her caption.

But we weren’t the only swimwear fans taking note of Lipa’s latest look, with plenty of the superstar’s 88.1 million Instagram followers diving into her comment section to sing her praises, and—perhaps most urgently—to ask where on Earth this beautiful bikini is from:

“Its a Dua Lipa Summer ✨❤️‍🔥😍✨,” one commenter gushed.

“This bathing suit omfg” another fan wrote.

“and the glass???? ON TOP OF THE HEAD,” a commenter joked.

After a little research—and by “research,” we mean a quick scroll through the comment section—some eagle-eyed fans managed to find the exact two-piece.

Lipa is wearing the Lumière Bicolor Double Kini ($263) from the brand Oséree Swimwear in the “Crystal - Burgundy” colorway. Oh, we’re sorry—what was that? You love the swimsuit, but red isn’t really your color? No worries, as the two-piece also comes in an “Emerald Green - Ocean Blue” color combo.

In short, we’re wishing Lipa a very happy birthday month, and may 30 be her most fun decade yet!
