Ellie Thumann Rocks Barbiecore Aesthetic With Voluminous Blowout and Pink Glam

Ellie Thumann never shies away from trying new makeup looks or hairstyles. After all, she is best known for her YouTube channel full of fashion, beauty and lifestyle content. The 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie shared a stunning carousel post on Instagram on March 28.

She captioned the post she shared with her 1.6 million followers with a simple candy emoji. Thumann wore a long sleeve cold-shoulder top with a pink tie-dye pattern. She also sported bright cotton candy pink eyeshadow, rosy blush and a glossy natural lip, all done by makeup artist Karissa Marie.

The 21-year-old’s blonde locks were blown out into perfect voluminous ’90s-inspired curls and parted deep to one side. The entire look was styled by Tabitha Sanchez.

The first slide of the post featured a grainy video of Thumann shifting from pose to pose and playing with her hair. The camera panned in and out as she went from smiling to smoldering to pursing her lips. A hair dryer was heard in the background and created faux wind for photographer Krissy Saleh to capture the perfect clip.

“Giving me 1990s @christiebrinkley 😍I loved doing this hair,” Ted Gibson, who was tagged in the post, wrote.
