Halsey Is Almost Unrecognizable While Sporting Dramatic Designer Look in Venice

The artist proves once again that she just can’t help but deliver gorgeous looks.

Halsey has had some undeniable fashion moments while attending the Venice Film Festival.

Her latest outfit includes a striking gown that makes her look absolutely regal. The piece is made up of a head-turning, sleek silver satin fabric. Its dramatic neckline starts the garment off before giving way to incredible ruching detailing on the upper bodice. The eyes then naturally move down to the form-fitting corset, which gives way to a beautiful pencil skirt.

Her look goes from 100 to 1 million with the inclusion of her striking hairstyle, which made her nearly unrecognizable to fans. The short black bob complements the silver satin fantastically, while also shaping her beautiful face. The length of her cut also gives way to her bling, with her simple yet elegant silver earrings being a nice touch.

But the dress and the hairstyle aren’t the only things doing the talking, as her barely-there makeup look is also making quite the statement. A rosy pink lip for a pop of color, sharp and thin eyebrows for an edgy effect and light eyeshadow for some neutrality all come together to make for one gorgeous makeup combo.

As mentioned, Halsey is in Italy attending the annual Venice Film Festival, which runs from late August to early September. Although she is primarily known as an acclaimed singer-songwriter, she also dabbles in acting. While chatting with Paper Magazine last year, she revealed that her upcoming role in the Sydney Sweeney-starring title Americana gave her some profound realizations about not just acting, but also her stage name.

“Acting gave me a chance to step out of [my singer persona], but also it gave me a chance to be a part of someone else’s vision,” Halsey said. “So much of what I make, the impetus is on me all the time to be in control of everything. It was nice showing up to someone else’s set, and my only job is to serve you in the best way that I can, and you have the harder job.”

She went on, adding, “It was nice to be new at something, be a part of a community and collaborate. Being a solo artist is a really lonely venture. I don’t think people realize how lonely it is. I would certainly take it over being in a band, because I think I would be a tyrant.”

With Halsey still at the festival, she’s bound to walk away with even more wonderful realizations—and she’s also bound to deliver at least one more attention-grabbing look while doing so.
