Heidi Klum.

Whether it comes to dressing up for a red carpet occasion or displaying her street style, supermodel Heidi Klum always looks immaculate. Having said that, her outfits are often pinned on our digital mood boards for seasonal outfit inspo.

The America’s Got Talent judge was spotted out and about in Pasadena, Calif., on Sept. 27, in an outfit that perfectly encapsulates a chic way to transition your summer wardrobe over to the fall season. Klum rocked a white bra top with a matching colored sweater hanging off her shoulders. The focal point of her outfit was a black high-waisted paper bag maxi skirt, which just skimmed the tops of her white sneakers. Klum held a white purse in one hand and accessorized with a pair of mirrored sunglasses.

First of all, we love that Klum is breaking the “no white after Labor Day” rule, and secondly, her dreamy skirt serves as a great example of how to put together a cute outfit for the changing seasons: keep your legs warm with a lengthy skirt, and wear layers up top so you can remove or add on for your comfort based on the day’s temperature.
