Jenna Ortega is reminding fashion fans why she remains one of the top style stars to watch, especially when it comes to out-of-this-world red carpet moments.

Ortega gives fans a closer look at her 2026 Actor Awards ensemble

On Sunday, March 1, the Wednesday star attended the 2026 Actor Awards, where she was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series. On the red carpet, she traded in her typical all-black styling for a lighter, spring-friendly ensemble. And on Tuesday, March 3, she took to Instagram to give fans a closer look at her dreamy designer gown, as well as the fabulous designer glam that accompanied it.

In the new four-photo carousel, Ortega sported a cream-colored gown from designer Christian Cowan’s spring 2026 collection. The top of the piece was crafted with delicate, dreamy vintage lace—which the brand noted was “from the 1950s”—giving a flirty peek of skin at the neckline before draping down into a daringly deep V-neck. The skirt of the garment was just as stunning, featuring coordinating cream-colored vintage silk, also from the 1950s, further distressed to add fabulous texture and edge. Complete with a high slit up one leg to show off the gray-toned thigh-high tights she wore beneath, the look was as unexpected and all-around cool as the actress herself.

When it came to accessories, Ortega didn’t stop with her stockings, adding some sparkling jewelry from Mikimoto in the form of two gorgeous necklaces and a pair of stud earrings before topping everything off with a pair of black platform heels. For her hair and makeup, the actress embraced a sleek, sultry style. Her long, dark tresses were left down and straight, parted to the side with a swooping bang. Meanwhile, her makeup—featuring items from Dior Beauty—was an exceptionally smoky glam, comprising rosy cheeks, blended eyeshadows and a glossy, berry lip.
