Kristin Juszczyk is back with another Off Season drop—and she’s not shy about her excitement.

The designer, who co-founded the fashion-forward fanwear brand with entrepreneur Emma Grede, just launched a fresh wave of pieces under the brand’s NFL Ready-to-Wear collection. And according to her, this one hits different.

“Well, we have a drop today, and this is my favorite by far,” the 30-year-old tells SI Swimsuit during the Verizon Small Business Training Camp on Sept. 9. “I’ve been working on this for a year, really, right when we started.”

Shop the drop

Available now at OffSeasonBrand.com, NFLShop.com and Fanatics.com, the drop includes seven new styles: The Rugby Tee ($135), The Fleece Shrug Cami ($165), The Baby Tee ($80), The Track Pant ($190), The Heavy Jersey Zip-Up Tee ($155), The Pullover Hoodie ($165), and The Fleece Short ($155). Each piece blends comfort with street-style edge and is officially licensed for the Buffalo Bills, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers.

Juszczyk, who famously hand-sewed custom NFL jackets from her living room before launching the brand, still keeps things personal when it comes to design.

Her faves

“There’s a track pant, and it is just so beautiful. It’s such a standout piece,” the New York native, who now lives in San Jose, Calif., says. “The fabric has, like, a luxe sheen to it, and there’s huge embroidery all over. It’s a piece you can elevate, but it also has drawstrings on the bottom so you can make them joggers if you want to keep it casual.”

“I think that’s going to be like our staple,” she continues. “I hope to bring that, probably throughout all the leagues that we end up doing.”

That unisex track pant isn’t the only standout in her eyes.

“We just came out with this shrug cami, and it’s a really fun two-piece set. You can remove the shrug during the summer or add it in winter, so you can kind of customize it yourself—which I love.”

Off Season is meant to be shared

True to form, Juszczyk has tested the pieces on herself and her husband, 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk. “I like to fit them on Kyle, too,” she says with a laugh. “Our graphic tees and oversized pieces are meant to be shared.”

The designer, who also just launched Off Season’s first-ever WNBA collection as well, is building a brand that fuses sports culture, streetwear and personal style—with thoughtful design at the center.

“This drop really reflects my design style—pieces that empower people to mix, match and make them their own.”

And based on how fast past drops have sold out, fans agree.

Mentoring small businesses

Juszczyk shared these insights in an exclusive interview with SI Swimsuit at the Verizon Small Business Training Camp, hosted inside the company’s Innovation Lab in San Francisco’s Financial District on Sept. 9.

The event brought together 20 small business owners from across the U.S. for an immersive experience of expert panels, coaching sessions and behind the scenes mentorship with leaders like Juszczyk and NFL legend Drew Brees. It’s an extension of Verizon’s free Small Business Digital Ready program, which has already supported nearly 500,000 entrepreneurs with courses on AI, marketing, finance and more—and aims to reach 1 million by 2030.

When sports, style and business collide, there’s no such thing as the off season.
