Lindsey Vonn dressed the part for events leading up to the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix on Saturday. She showed up to the race track in Nevada in an all-black outfit that felt just right for spectatorship at a major racing event.

The former professional athlete made an apperance a few days ahead of the main event on Nov. 18, gearing up for a fun day by the sidelines. Vonn posted a couple of photos to her Instagram from her Thursday evening by the racetrack, expressing her excitement over the weekend to come.

The 39-year-old, in typical fashion, sported an elevated business-meets-glam outfit for the occasion. Wearing a pair of black wide-leg trousers, black turtle neck top and a black knit duster cardigan, Vonn proved that monochrome isn’t boring. In fact, it’s glamorous.

“Ready for VEGAS F1!!! So thrilled to be here with my @rolex family 🫶🏻 started the weekend off right with the legend @sirjackiestewart,” she captioned the pair of photos, which included one of her alongside Sir Jackie Stewart, a British former professional racing driver.

“Couple of legends 👏,” one follower commented on the photo of the pair.

“Icons,” another agreed.

“Fantastic 🔥,” a fan gushed.

“Looking good,” someone else added.

“Wheeeee!!! Have fun!!! 🏎️,” another user cheered.

We wouldn’t have expected the athlete, who seems to make appearances at all the major sporting events, to miss the weekend of celebration, which culminated in yesterday’s big race.
