Molly Sims Proves Businesswear Doesn’t Have to Be Boring in a Sequined Pantsuit

She was sparkling from head to toe on her recent night out in the city.

Model Molly Sims is a businesswoman. As the founder and owner of YSE Beauty, a clean skincare company, she knows a thing or two about running a successful business. And, she knows how to dress the part, as well.

The ever-fashionable model stepped out in New York City with her son the other night in her own take on the recent businesswear-meets-glam trend, which took over all of the high-style events during fashion month in September. Sims donned a gray plaid pantsuit that was decked head-to-toe in clear sequins, giving the set a certain glamorous sheen in the light. She paired her best elevated business chic with a small black clutch and a vibrant red lip—right in line with the color of the season.

“A MUCH needed night of comedy💋 @goodplusfdn can’t even remember the last time I laughed this hard. @jessseinfeld @jerryseinfeld what a night ✨ your work supporting families and their children is truly incredible🤍 @kevinhart4real I don’t think Brooks will ever get over this moment 😂 @amyschumer can’t wait to work with you 😉,” she captioned the series of lovely photos featuring her family and a few of the incredible comedians they had a chance to see.

It’s yet unclear whether these recent business glam outfits would be accepted in your typical workplace. Regardless, we’re enamored with her outfit, which has left us wondering: Why step out in your typical gray pantsuit when you can sparkle the whole night instead?
