On a recent episode of her podcast, Lipstick on the Rim, Molly Sims and her cohost Emese Gormley offered up their beach and poolside essentials for summer. We took detailed notes so you don’t have to!

Sims swears by Janessa Leoné hats for chic and protective accessories, while said she gravitates toward Illesteva, Celine and Ray-Ban for sunglasses. Her top three swimwear brands are Jade, Peony and Monday Swimwear, and no beach or poolside look would be complete without a cute tote. Sims’s go-tos for a quality beach bag are Mark and Graham for personalized options and Khaite for trendy ones.
