Olandria Carthen, Jenna Ortega & More of Our Fave 2026 Golden Globes Red Carpet Looks

Buckle up, movie buffs and TV fans: awards season is officially upon us.
The 2026 Golden Globe Awards were on tonight, with the show beginning at 8 p.m. ET on CBS. Comedian Nikki Glaser returned as the host after her standout performance at last year’s ceremony, bringing the brightest stars in Hollywood together for another special night of celebrating all the best of film and TV. While the ceremony itself is always a fun time, as fashion lovers, we have to be honest with ourselves: we’re mostly here for the red carpet looks.
And the talented group of celebrities in attendance definitely didn’t miss in that regard, strutting their stuff in their best designer looks to make for one of our favorite red carpets so far this year. With that in mind, we've curated a list of a few of our top looks from the evening, presented in no particular order.
Olandria Carthen
There’s no other way to kick off this list than with Carthen, who wore a gorgeous emerald green gown by Christian Siriano on the red carpet. Looking like a glamorous movie star straight out of Old Hollywood, the way the Love Island USA fan-favorite styled the structured bodice and dramatic skirt reminded viewers why she remains a rising style star to watch.
Wunmi Mosaku
The sun may still be setting way too early this winter, but Mosaku lit up our living rooms when she stepped onto the red carpet in this eye-popping yellow number. The sheer neckline and impressive train were delightful details, but our favorite part of the entire ensemble was easily her adorable baby bump.
Jennifer Lawrence
Lawrence walked the red carpet in a custom Givenchy gown that would make anyone do a double-take. The sheer number featured strategically placed embroidered flowers throughout, as well as dual cut-outs on either side of the bodice for a one-of-a-kind look, which came complete with a matching shawl.
Odessa A’zion
Feather details never go out of style, and A’zion’s all-black ensemble was all the evidence needed to prove that statement. Opting out of the traditional gown for a bold, wide-legged trouser and textured, long-sleeve crop top, the Marty Supreme actress continued her months-long reign of red carpet radiance.
Hailee Steinfeld
Steinfeld’s dreamy pink Prada gown was equal parts sweet and stunning as she posed with her baby bump on the red carpet. The fabulous fabric featured sparkling silver details studded throughout, which matched the statement choker-style necklace she wore.
Teyana Taylor
Rocking perhaps the most daring dress of the year so far, Taylor’s black Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown was the definition of show-stopping. With elegant fabric draping on top and a bejeweled thong-style detail on the bottom, it’s the type of look we guarantee you’ll be seeing again in 11 months when the actress pops up on our “Best Red Carpet Looks of 2026” end-of-the-year list.
Chase Infiniti
It appeared Taylor’s One Thing After Another co-star also got the memo when it came to stepping outside of the box for tonight’s show, donning a glittering Louis Vuitton gown on the red carpet. The garment had a truly unique silhouette comprising a glittering, structured silver bodice and a fitted black skirt layered beneath.
Jenna Ortega
While a surprising number of red carpet looks were also all-black tonight, few celebrities rocked the monochromatic trend as well as Ortega. Her ensemble had countless details to choose from when it came to picking a favorite, whether it be the high neckline, the daring cut-outs or the groovy tassels swinging from the cap-style sleeves.
