Olivia Culpo Has a ‘Storage Unit’ Filled With ‘Valuable’ Fashion Pieces Saved for Her Daughter

The model exclusively told ‘PEOPLE’ about storing some of her beloved designer outfits for her five-month-old, including her custom wedding gown.

Olivia Culpo is ensuring her five-month-old daughter is prepared for absolutely any fashion-forward occasion in the future.

The model and Next Gen Chef host has long been known for her unique style, often sporting fashion-forward looks with playful twists on trends during her outings. Whether it be while cheering on her husband, Christian McCaffrey, on the sidelines at a San Francisco 49ers game or walking down the aisle in a custom Dolce & Gabbana wedding gown, it feels like Culpo has a headline-making outfit in her wardrobe ready for any event.

And, as the model recently revealed in an exclusive with PEOPLE, she’s already saved a lot of her favorite outfits for a very special someone: her daughter Colette, who the couple welcomed in July.

“I have a whole storage unit for her with all of my wedding dresses, my pageant dresses—all of my really valuable keepsakes,” Culpo exclusively told the outlet, confirming that she “saves everything” with her daughter in mind.

“You don’t know how these pieces are going to wear and how valuable they can be someday,” the model went on. “I look back at the clothes that I used to wear, and I miss them. I wish that I had so many of those pieces, because they are truly a moment in time, and it’s so cool to be able to take somebody back in that way.”

Still, just because the Miss Universe 2012 winner is saving her pageant gowns, it doesn’t mean she expects her daughter to pursue the same passions she did as she continues to grow. Culpo also told PEOPLE that she’s hoping Colette might have some of her father’s athleticism, saying, “I mean, gosh, I can’t ruin the McCaffrey gene pool like that.”

Culpo and McCaffrey were married back in the summer of 2024 after the football star popped the question in April 2023. As noted above, they welcomed their daughter in July of this year after announcing on Instagram that they were expecting.

Culpo also documented much of her pregnancy on her Instagram, sharing photos of herself and her growing baby bump along the way. This continued after Colette’s birth, with the model sharing sweet peeks at her life as a new mom, including documenting some of her daughter’s firsts—like her very first sideline appearance back in September.

Most recently, the family celebrated their first holiday season together, with Culpo taking to the app to share a sweet video comparing the couple’s December 2024 to this year while posing with Colette in front of a sparkling tree.
