Olivia Ponton Rocks ‘The Housemaid’ Red Carpet in Sleek Dress With Daring Side Details

The model brought sophistication and glamor to the New York special screening.

Olivia Ponton took daring dress details to a whole new level, as the model stunned in a head-turning outfit on the red carpet for a special screening of The Housemaid in New York. Her style game for this event blended eveningwear glamor with modern trends, making for a lovely final look.

For the event, Ponton wore a form-fitting black dress, where the top half was formed in a halter top shape, and the bottom was an edgy straight skirt design with two high slits on both sides. One part of the celebrity’s skirt was made out of solid black nylon, while the other comprised a mesh, see-through material. Paired together, the fabrics created an elegant yet trendy look.

As for the rest of her ensemble, the blonde beauty sported black open-toed heel sandals, which did well to complete the look. For this style, she rocked a middle part and wore her locks down the length of her back. Her barely-there makeup was also executed flawlessly.

And it’s no surprise that the model attended the affair, as Ponton is an avid book reader. The Housemaid, starring Amanda Seyfried and Sydney Sweeney, is an adaptation of Freida McFadden’s 2022 novel of the same name. She was spotted with this novel in hand during her Mallorca vlog from August 2025, and, from the looks of it, the piece made for a neat read during a relaxing beach day.

In addition to McFadden’s psychological thriller, Ponton’s 2025 reads also included The Selection Series by Kiera Cass—a book that she believes takes the cake for one of the favorites that she featured on her Booked & Busy podcast yet.

“This is personally my favorite [Booked & Busy] episode that I have pre-recorded,” the 23-year-old expressed in her most recent YouTube vlog. “I just think it’s the most fun, and it’s for The Selection Series, and that series was a series I could not put down."

She went on, adding, “I don’t think I’ve experienced a series like that ever, nor have I experienced a series since then.”

From attending a special screening of a book that she’s read to finding a series she can’t stop obsessing over and launching her very own book club, Ponton is living out every reader’s wildest dreams—and of course, she’s looking fabulous while doing so.
