The 98th Academy Awards aired on Sunday, March 15, and while there were many headline-worthy moments from the celebratory evening, one thing in particular stood out to us: the sheer number of stylish couples who graced the red carpet! With this in mind, we’ve rounded up just a handful of our favorite fashion-forward lovebirds who walked the pre-show red carpet together, coordinating to perfection in their best designer outfits.

Gracie Abrams & Paul Mescal

Abrams and Mescal have been stylish all season long as the Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter has supported the actor’s Academy Award-nominated role in Hamnet. For the biggest night in Hollywood, they continued their stylish streak in matching black looks, with Abrams adding her own flair courtesy of the sparkling details and two-piece cut. The added scarf brought everything together for a fabulously fierce final look.

Zinzi Coogler & Ryan Coogler

From the sparkling neckline to the dreamy, flowy cut of her gown, Coogler was basically the word “ethereal” personified—and her smoky, sultry glam? Forget about it! The Sinners director then matched his wife’s chic energy, coordinating with a sleek suit and all-white base. His incredible hairstyle were another standout style moment, with a music theme incorporated throughout the braided design.

Notaro and Allynne also looked spectacular together in their glamorous get-ups. The comedian opted for a timeless black and white suit, comprising a crisp white tux-style top and tailored trousers. Meanwhile, Allynne channeled old-fashioned Hollywood glamour with her silky black gown, accessorizing with a plush matching stole draped around her bare shoulders.

Alba Baptista & Chris Evans

While the Oscars may be all about that little gold statue, Baptista proved that few things are chicer than a sparkling silver moment.
