We’re Never Getting Over These Sabrina Carpenter Style Moments From 2025

Sabrina Carpenter said it best in her 2024 song, “Taste”: she does “leave quite an impression.” And, as 2025 comes to a close, we’re looking back at the long-lasting impressions that she’s made on us with her flirty signature style this year.
Her custom ‘Short n’ Sweet Tour’ bodysuits
Of course, when talking about the styles that dominated 2025, we have to begin with Carpenter’s slew of bodysuits from her “Short n' Sweet Tour.” From one-pieces that playfully paid homage to city staples like the Hollywood Sign in Los Angeles or the iconic pastel “The End” look from her final show in late November, Carpenter’s fans kept their eyes peeled for her latest custom creation at every stop along the international endeavor.
Her cottagecore spring (and summer and fall)
Off stage, Carpenter’s style was defined by pastel shades and frilled embellishments. Her birthday outfit was the perfect example, when the artist repped this butter yellow spotted mini dress, adorned with muted blue lace on its neckline and hem.
Looking for more cottagecore inspired ‘fits on the artist? This ivory two-piece set shared to Instagram in July and her red and white fall ensemble for the launch of her latest fragrance, “Sweet Tooth Lemon Pie,” are a particular pair of standouts.
A magnetic Met Gala moment
In May, Carpenter hit the 2025 Met Gala carpet in a custom Louis Vuitton ensemble curated by Pharrell, who serves as the label’s men’s creative director. The two-toned maroon and white garment catered to the event’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” yet also leaned into her own concert staples with its one-piece silhouette.
Carpenter will return to the event in the spring of 2026 with a new role on the Gala Host Committee, which will be co-chaired by Zoë Kravitz and Anthony Vaccarello.
Two award show standouts
And, how could we forget some of the artist’s awe-inspired award show looks? While notching three category wins at the VMAs in September—for Best Pop Artist, Best Album (Short n' Sweet) and Best Visual Effects (for her “Manchild” music video)—Carpenter donned a sheer lace Valentino number, per her longtime stylist, Jared Ellner, with a pastel purple scarf.
The pop star paired her duo of Grammy wins—for Best Pop Vocal Album (Short n' Sweet) and Best Pop Solo Performance (“Espresso”) with this striking, backless ice blue gown which was adorned with feathers. The number was JW Anderson, Ellner posted to Instagram in February.
