Professional basketball player Skylar Diggins-Smith looked like a chiseled angel in her latest Instagram post. The South Bend, Ind., native who was drafted by the WNBA in 2013 and has played point guard for Tulsa Shock and the Phoenix Mercury, served major Barbiecore and balletcore vibes in a baby pink satin cowl-neck dress. She posed on a balcony and was photographed from below.

The SI Swimsuit alumna, who traveled to Guana Island for her 2014 photoshoot with Adam Franzino, showed off her modeling skills and rocked a gorgeous full-glam moment, including bold contour, feathered brows, bronze shadow, dramatic dark lashes and a glossy pink lip.

“High value,” the Notre Dame graduate, who won gold with Team USA at the 2020 Summer Olympics, captioned the Oct. 26 duo of pics she shared with her one million Instagram followers. She tagged stylist Kristine Anigwe.

“Very astonishing! You are always at the top of your game with your fashion. ✨,” one fan commented.

“Gorgeous 😍! A fashion icon 👑🙌🏻,” another added.

“I woke up in a great mood & I think this post is the reason why 😩❤️,” someone else chimed.

The 33-year-old is married to former Notre Dame football player Daniel Smith, with whom she shares her two young kids. She’s been on maternity leave since the start of the 2023 season.

“Taking time for yourself [is important] because you pour into everybody else’s cup whether you have kids or not,” she told SI Swimsuit and added that she wants her legacy “to inspire [the next generation] not to settle, to follow their dreams and to believe in themselves.”
