Zendaya Looks Gorgeous in Baby Pink Strapless Silk Gown With Rose Detailing
After a brief hiatus from the red carpet, Zendaya made her stunning return in back-to-back events this past weekend. First, at Saturday’s NAACP Image Awards, then in a stunning baby pink gown at the SAG Awards on Sunday.
The Euphoria star donned a custom-made, strapless, figure-hugging number by Valentino featuring 190 embroidered roses that were hand-sewn onto the flowy lower half of the dress.
Zendaya accessorized with a gorgeous statement necklace from Bulgari, as well as a matching ring and bracelet. Her short brown hair was fixed into a curly old-Hollywood style blowout and parted to one side by Tai Simon. Her glam, by makeup artist Raoúl Alejandre, involved a variety of Lancôme products—including rosy eyeshadow, a pop of pink blush, glossy lips and dramatic lashes.
“You knew you ate it up,” Jasmine Sanders piped in the comments of Zendaya’s IG post. “Not a crumb in sight!”
“look after look after look,” gushed Jenny Han. “She does not let up on us! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌.”
The look was styled by Law Roach, who also put together the Disney Channel alumna’s second look of the evening. She presented the first award of the night alongside Normal People’s Paul Mescal, which required a quick wardrobe change.
Zendaya stuck with the strapless and pink theme and sported a color-blocked satin dress featuring black striped detailing and a small diamond-shaped under-bust cut-out. The dress was designed by Armani Privé for Giorgio Armani, and the stylist showed off his client’s ensemble in a series of photos on IG snapped by Greg Williams.
The Greatest Showman star switched out her necklace for a thick bejeweled choker, also also from Bulgari.
“A muse wrapped in colors,” the designer brand captioned a close-up shot of the actress and her jewelry. “Zendaya graces the Screen Actors Guild Awards — her style accentuated by the cushion tanzanite, morganite, and aquamarine gems of her exquisite High Jewelry necklace.”
Although the actress was nominated for Female Actor in a Drama Series for her work in Euphoria, Jennifer Coolidge took home the honor for The White Lotus.
