Brooks Nader is celebrating the launch of the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue in style. The cover star rang the bell marking the opening of the New York Stock Exchange on May 18. The five-time SI Swimsuit model was joined by 2022 cover star Yumi Nu and NCAA athlete Olivia Dunne, who was photographed for the magazine this year.

Editor in chief MJ Day and other members of the SI Swimsuit team also stood alongside Nader as they signaled the day’s 9:30 a.m. ET start of the world’s largest stock exchange.

“Congratulations, Brooks, on your cover because you have come from our Swim Search world and you have stuck with us and you have hustled and you have worked so hard. You have represented this brand with every ounce of your soul,” Day said in a speech at the event. ”These women take a lot of the world’s weight on their shoulders when they choose to do this and when they end up on the cover. They’re not only beautiful and brilliant, but they’re also very brave.”

The official SI Swimsuit account shared an adorable short Instagram story clip of Nader sitting on a desk at the NYSE with a landline phone held up to her ear. “Am I rich yet?” she jokingly asked while staring up at the many number-filled screens.
