2023 SI Swimsuit Model Jasmine Sanders Says She’s ‘Never Felt More Comfortable and Confident’

The five-time franchise star traveled to Puerto Rico for this year’s photo shoot.

Jasmine Sanders returns to the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue for her fifth consecutive year with the franchise. After being named Rookie of the Year in ’19, the German-born model landed the magazine’s cover the very next year. For this year’s annual issue, Sanders posed for photographer Ben Watts in Puerto Rico.

The 31-year-old shared a stunning image from her full gallery on Instagram on Wednesday, documenting “chapter five” with the brand. Sanders donned a brown bikini by Monica Hansen Beachwear, a necklace by Brinker + Eliza, and bracelets and a ring by Jennifer Meyer in the photo.

“So grateful to be a part of the @si_swimsuit family and back in the #SISwim23 issue!” she wrote in her caption. “Even before I started modeling at 13 years old, #SISwimsuit was always something that I dreamed of being a part of.”

Sanders went on to thank the SI Swimsuit team, including editor in chief MJ Day and stylist Margot Zamet, as well as the photographer and her glam team on location.

“I’ve never felt more comfortable and confident. I felt like I could simply just be me and shine,” she continued, later adding, “Thank you so much for welcoming me and allowing us to create something so special! ✨.”

Plenty of Golden Barbie’s 6.1 million Instagram followers chimed in to the comments section to hype her up.
