In case you haven’t heard, LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne is SI Swimsuit’s newest model. The college junior, who is the highest-paid female college athlete in the country, traveled to Puerto Rico with photographer Ben Watts for her editorial debut earlier this year.

Dunne chatted with People about the experience, and noted that she hopes to be a role model to young girls who see her images in the iconic magazine.

“Women’s sports is something that I want to support and leave my legacy on,” Dunne told the outlet. “I want to show other athletes that you can have it all—especially women.”

The 20-year-old college athlete hopes to be an inspiration to young girls by demonstrating that women are multi-dimensional and don’t fit in just one box. As a Division I athlete and influencer, she regularly shares content with her 11 million followers across TikTok and Instagram that demonstrates her various passions and different facets of her personality.

“I can be an athlete, I can be strong, I can be beautiful, I can be confident and sexy—and sometimes people don’t really realize that,” she told People.
