It’s clear that SI Swimsuit rookie Ellie Thumann feels perfectly at home in a swimsuit. The 20-year-old influencer recently shared several snapshots on Instagram of herself enjoying a beachside vacation in Oahu, Hawai’i. She then followed up with a video clip rocking a red one-piece swimsuit, which is giving major Pamela Anderson in Baywatch vibes.

In Thursday’s IG post, Thumann struck several poses by the water in the documented photo shoot. She sprawled out in the sand, knelt on the beach and offered up a bright smile. The model sported minimal makeup, accessorized with a simple necklace and wore her blonde locks loose.

Thumann backtracked her snippet to “Carefull” by Babu Studio and wrote of her photo shoot, “the dramatics were necessary.”

“The dramatics always are,” friend Hannah Meloche wrote in the comments section.

“The most beautiful ❤️,” Bella Weems-Lambert gushed.

“You look so 1980s,” a fan added.

“she’s on island time 🤭,” another individual said.

“Baywatch chapter 3?” one person quipped.

Thumann will make her debut in the SI Swimsuit Issue this spring. Take a behind-the-scenes look at her photo shoot in Puerto Rico here.
