Ellie Thumann knows that a solid voluminous blowout can elevate any look. The 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie shared a series of photos with the glamorous hairstyle on Instagram on April 4.

She tagged makeup artist Karissa Marie, who opted for a super glowy base glam with a dash of shimmery eyeshadow for a few snapshots and a pop of pink for others. The 21-year-old’s hair was done by Ted Gibson, who curled the ends of the model’s blonde locks and added tons of volume to the root as well as texture to each section.

“these photos are dedicated to the hair,” Thumann aptly captioned the carousel post she shared with her 1.6 million followers.

The first few photos appear to have been taken with a vintage camera. Thumann donned a dainty gold necklace in the cover Polaroid-style click, while she wore a spiky choker in the second collage photo.

The looks were styled by Tabitha Sanchez, who put the YouTuber in a blue lingerie-inspired corset top and Army green mini skirt for one outfit. She wore a pink tie-dye cold-shoulder top and white mini skirt for another set of snaps.

Tons of fans chimed in to the comments to call Thumann “Barbie.”

“Goodness gracious Puh take it 👑👑👑,” bestie Hannah Meloche wrote.

“80’s Ellie would have been monumental,” one fan added.
