Alex Morgan Gears Up for Game Day With the Whole San Diego Squad in Hot Pink and Blue-Accented Jordans

Labor Day weekend may have meant rest and relaxation for most of us, but for Alex Morgan it meant another installment of late season professional soccer play. The USWNT member recently returned to her NWSL team, the San Diego Wave FC, in her home state of California and has been enjoying the time back following her World Cup run.
The 34-year-old has been sharing a lot of fun game day content lately, but her most recent Instagram post might be our favorite. The single snap featured Morgan in the cutest pre-game outfit, including a pair of navy athleisure shorts and a cropped pink collared shirt. The best part of the ensemble, though, was the white mid-top Nikes that the professional athlete sported for her entrance into Snapdragon Stadium. The Nike Jordans featured a bright blue sole and check mark design and hot pink laces, the colors of the Wave.
“Back with the whole squad today💕😝,” Morgan captioned the post that she shared with her 10.2 million followers. In the photo, she popped her foot to show off the festive Nike pick.
“LITERALLY MY DREAM SHOES!!!! 😍,” one person commented.
San Diego took on the Houston Dash on Sunday, Sept. 3, winning 1-0 on the Wave’s home turf. The San Diego Wave is currently ranked as the No. 1 seed in the NSWL rankings as the team heads into the end of the regular season on Oct. 15.
