Ahead of this week’s 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue release, rookie Melissa Wood-Tepperberg is sharing throwback behind-the-scenes footage with her fans. The workout and wellness leader shared a brief video clip from her fitting with the magazine on Instagram on Friday.

“It’s crazy to think the launch of @si_swimsuit 2023 is alllll going down next week (omggg)!!!” the 40-year-old mom of two gushed in her caption. “The fitting is when it all came to life and began to feel so surreal.”

In the footage, Wood-Tepperberg entered the room in a long black leather trench before looking through a rack of swimwear selected for her by fashion editor Margot Zamet. While the MWH founder didn’t provide too many glimpses of her final choices, she briefly donned a purple-and-white furry number and provided a blurred-out clip of herself rocking a vibrant bikini.

“I cannot wait until that magazine hits the stands (I haven’t seen any of the final images yet so it’s as much as a surprise for me as it is for everyone else),” Wood-Tepperberg continued. “Freaking out!!!”

“EEEP,” 2023 SI Swimsuit model Brooks Nader exclaimed in the comments.

“It’s allllll happening next week!!! 👏👙,” the official SI Swimsuit IG account added.

“Congratulations- love your energy! Inspirational for 40 & above…….and below❣️,” one person wrote.
