Retired race car driver Danica Patrick and model Brooks Nader have more in common than just their SI Swimsuit Issue features. The two pals celebrated New Year’s Eve with mutual friends in Aspen, Colo., and according to Patrick’s Instagram account, it looks like plenty of fun was had.

In a Jan. 2 carousel, the two were pictured bundled up in their chicest winter gear with snowy mountains in the background. Also pictured were Nader’s sisters, Mary Holland Nader and Grace Ann Nader, among other friends. In a cute video clip, Patrick and the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue cover star sang along to a cover of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

“I don’t make New Year’s resolutions but a word of the year can be a powerful thing!” Patrick wrote in her caption. “Manifest something magical in 2024 everyone!!!”

“LOVE U,” Nader chimed in the comments.

Meanwhile, plenty of Patrick’s 944,000 Instagram followers piped in to share their manifestations for the New Year ahead.

“I give you 2,” one person answered. “Family and GOD. ❤️🙌✝️🙏🎉😇🥳.”

“Inspire,” another user wrote.

“My word is observant! ❤️,” someone else added.

“What’s your word? ❤️,” Lindsey Meehleis inquired, to which Patrick replied, “allow. ☺️ gotta trust the flow and energy!”

“Manifest! Sounds like a plan!!!” another follower cheered.

While Nader was one of this year’s SI Swimsuit Issue cover models, and has been featured in each annual publication since 2019, Patrick posed for the magazine in 2008 and ’09.
