Model and actress Brooks Nader is never one to shy away from sharing her truth, and the Baywatch star opened up about her biggest beauty regret while speaking with People at an event in Los Angeles over the weekend.

“You know what, I probably shouldn’t say this, but I’m just gonna say it,” the 29-year-old Baton Rogue native began. “I had liposuction years ago and I forever regret it because I just didn’t need it. And I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things ... We just gotta do less with all that and like, be healthy.”

While on the red carpet at Clarins’ “A Night of Extra Beauty” event at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on Friday, March 20, Nader shimmered in a figure-hugging spaghetti strap dress adorned with sequins. She wore her honey blonde locks loose and straight, and if we had to guess, she may have slicked her go-to Clarins Lip Perfector Peptide-Plumping and Hydrating Lip Gloss on before posing for photographers. “Love your honesty always @brooksnader,” Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast host Amanda Hirsch commented on the outlet’s Instagram reel of the interview.

“I love her 😂,” another user chimed of Nader’s candor.

This isn’t the first time the model has opened up about her cosmetic procedures. In December 2025, she documented the process of dissolving her lip filler and has been incredibly transparent about her use of GLP-1s. In an interview with Bustle last November, Nader stated that her career “took off” after she began taking weight loss drugs.

“If I didn’t get a job, I would say to [my old agency], ‘Can we get feedback from the client?’ The direct feedback was I needed to lose 30 pounds,” she told the outlet. “I didn’t shed one tear over it. I don’t feel bad for myself. I just say, ‘The facts are they want me to lose weight. How can I achieve that?’ The facts are that when I started GLP-1, my career took off. I’m not saying it’s O.K. I’m not saying it’s right. I think everybody is different—but I lost 30 pounds, and I booked all the jobs.”

Nader’s experience with the medication is documented in Season 1 of Love Thy Nader, the Hulu reality series she stars in alongside sisters Sarah Jane, Mary Holland and Grace Ann. The show has been renewed for a second season, which is expected to premiere later this year.
