Jenna Kutcher has proven herself a force to be reckoned with in the realm of content creation. In addition to being an educational speaker, New York Times best-selling author and digital marketer, the Minnesota native has made name for herself in the podcasting sphere.

Kutcher is the host of a marketing and business show, The Gold Digger Podcast, which she started in the hopes of “helping thousands redefine success and chase bold dreams,” she wrote on her personal blog.

Her career is, in part, focused on helping others to achieve success in the content creation sphere, just as she has. In light of that, she took to her Instagram recently to offer the exact encouragement you might be needing if you’re considering starting a podcast. Kutcher told fans that “you’re overthinking it,” in an Instagram reel. “If you have WiFi, you have a phone and you like to talk... you have what it takes to start your own podcast.”

“Here’s the thing about doing something new: You don’t have to have it all figured out,” she continued in the caption. “You just have to make the decision to start and then keep going. If you’ve ever thought about starting a podcast of your own, I promise you don’t need to invest in tons of fancy equipment or know how to be an audio engineer.”

It’s as simple as picking up your phone and pressing play on the record button, according to Kutcher. So don’t wait to fulfill your dreams, just start now.
