After ringing in her birthday on Feb. 19, model and television personality Camille Kostek gifted her social media followers with a bit of wisdom regarding gratitude.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, the 2019 SI Swimsuit Issue cover star reflected upon a few of the things she’s grateful for, then noted there are so many other things she’s appreciative of (“the ability to see, hear, feel, walk, talk,” for example) that often go unacknowledged on a regular basis.

“The reason I share this is because my mind shifted from the goal setting, the fast life, luxuries and fell into simply being 🧘🏼‍♀️,” Kostek wrote. “Feeling life from a place of gratitude aligns you with a high vibrational frequency that will bring forth an abundance of beautiful things and I felt called to share it with you today with this full moon 🧚🏼 if you’re feeling anxious, lost, hurt, or frustrated, I hope this brings you to the here and now and allows you to find peace from the little things. Let go of things you can not control, lean into loving this version of yourself, and slow down…nothing will ever pass you by that it meant for you 🧚🏼.”

Alongside the thoughtful reflections, Kostek shared several sweet pics of herself holding her dog, Ralphie, while seated in front of a Carvel ice cream cake.

While plenty of her one million followers chimed in to the comments section to wish her a happy birthday, several others noted how much Kostek’s words of wisdom resonated.

“Beautiful message,” one person wrote. “Well said ❤.”

“I love this so much. Here’s another one - I hope it hits you like it did me. **Walk into the room like God sent you** I’ve been walking everywhere differently after that 🖤,” someone else offered.
