It’s a particularly special occasion for the mother of young girls.

It’s International Women’s Day, and Chanel Iman is taking the chance to commemorate three of the most important girls in her life: her daughters.

The American model shares two children with her ex-husband, Sterling Shepard. And, in September, she welcomed her third daughter, Capri, with New England Patriots defensive tackle Davon Godchaux.

Needless to say, Iman is busy these days. But she wouldn’t have it any other way—especially on International Women’s Day. With that in mind, the model took to Instagram to honor her three daughters and the other women who have made a difference in her life.

She shared a photo that was taken just recently during her wedding in Anguilla to her now husband, 29-year-old Godchaux. In the snap, the 33-year-old posed in her wedding dress with her two older daughters by her sides and her 5-month-old daughter in her arms. All dressed in white, the four couldn’t not have looked sweeter posed together on the special day.

“To strong women 💪🏽 May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them ❤️,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “Happy International Women’s Day !”

“Yesss Queens,” 2024 SI Swimsuit rookie Sharina Gutierrez praised Iman and her daughters.

“BEAUTIFUL,” another follower added of the sweet group snap.

Iman herself is the picture of beauty and strength—in the photo and in her everyday life. So, we have no doubt that her daughters will be just the same.
