Christen Harper returned for her 2023 SI Swimsuit feature and this year was extra special, as the model got to wear a bikini from her own collection with B Swim. 

The 2022 co-Rookie of the Year and ’21 Swim Search open casting call co-winner shared a heartfelt message alongside a breathtaking image from her 2023 photo shoot on Instagram. Harper wore the St. Tropez top ($104) and Venice bottoms ($88) in the brown wavy striped “Dune” print and accessorized with statement earrings from Alexis Bittar.

“YEAR 3 🖤 SPORTS ILLUSTRATED SWIMSUIT IS HERE 🐅 🖤 @si_swimsuit,” Harper began in the caption of her May 15 post. “Here is a little sneak peak into the issue and I am wearing not just any bikini... WEARING A BIKINI I DESIGNED with my best friend @elizabethcturner for @b_swim 🖤.”

The 29-year-old was photographed by Amanda Pratt in Dominica. She tagged hairstylist DJ Quintero, makeup artist Jodie Boland and stylist Margot Zamet.

“What an absolute DREAM come true!!!! not only being in the magazine for a second year but @si_swimsuit and @mj_day giving me the opportunity to wear my own designs in these iconic images 🥹,” she continued. “@si_swimsuit is forever encouraging and uplifting women to go after their dreams and be the best version of themselves.
