Christie Brinkley Joyfully Frolics on a Beach in Turks and Caicos

Christie Brinkley is having some fun in the sun. The model-entrepreneur shared a series of gleeful snaps from Turks and Caicos on Instagram on Feb. 9.

In the pics, the 69-year-old wore a green-and-white button-up that casually fell off one shoulder over a swimsuit. Brinkley wore dark sunglasses on her face, while her blonde locks were left loose. She playfully skipped across the sand and grinned at the camera in both photos, with a beautiful body of water and bright but cloudy sky behind her.

“I’m walking on clouds!@luckyhouseparrotcay 🌤️,” she captioned the post she shared with her 830,000 followers.

Brinkley owns a home in Turks and Caicos in the Parrot Cay by COMO luxury resort. Her joy was infectious, and several fans piped in to the comments section with compliments.

“I love how happy you are! Gorgeous!” wrote one person.

“Well, why not? You are in fact Heaven’s most beautiful Angel! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” complimented one follower, while another added, “I think it’s because you’re an ANGEL 😇 Christie. Have a wonderful time 🌺.”

“Best photographer 😎,” quipped Erica Pelosini Leeman.

“I love that you are real…great example of healthy aging!😍,” piped in someone else.

Earlier this month, the 10-time SI Swimsuit model turned 69. She celebrated her birthday by reflecting on her 50 years in the industry and her status as a “timeless beauty.” 

Among countless other magazine covers, Brinkley graced the cover of the SI Swimsuit Issue three times (in 1979, ’80 and ’81), and even named her 2015 lifestyle book Timeless Beauty.
