Cindy Crawford is letting loose and having a blast. The industry icon, who was the world’s highest-paid model in in 1994, shared the sweetest video with her 8.2 million Instagram followers on Jan. 10.

The 57-year-old jumped high in the sky on a trampoline sitting on a lush green field overlooking a gorgeous blue body of water. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel bounced up and down several times, without skipping a beat, and donned sheer black tights and a cape that flounced around with each jump.

“Shooting at home yesterday 🎬 All of those trampoline workouts came in handy for this one!” the mom of two captioned her post and teased fans without providing any more insight on what she was filming or what projects she has in the works.

“Was a great day!! Thank you 😊,” makeup artist Terri Apanasewicz commented.

“💥💥💥💥🙌🙌 love this! ❤️,” another follower added.

“I wanna come play too! What a view!,” one fan exclaimed.

“I KNOW you have the back flip. Do it. 😂😂🙌🙌💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼,” another person wrote.

“that must've been so fun! ❤️,” someone else chimed.

The Meaningful Beauty cofounder starred in a series of workout videos in the ’90s and early 2000s after releasing Cindy Crawford: Shape Your Body, her first workout video designed to make at-home exercise more fun and accessible.

“My go-to workout would be 20 minutes of cardio then weights. Sometimes the cardio is jumping on a trampoline, using a treadmill or elliptical, or running. We have stairs going down to the beach from our house. I put on an audiobook or music while I run the stairs at my house for 20 minutes,” she told The Cut. “I try to get 20 minutes of cardio at least three times a week. Then I do anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour of old school lunges, weights, squats and bicep curls—it’s just stuff that I learned 30 years ago. Once a week, I try to go on a hike with a friend so I combine exercise and girlfriend time—it’s the best multitasking. Wellness to me is about balance. It’s not just being healthy. In my life it’s balance between friends, family, philanthropy, me-time and work. The days when I feel like I got it right—they’re few and far between—are the days when I feel the most well in the complete sense of the word.”
