Hunter Schafer Bares All at ‘Vanity Fair’ Oscars After-Party in Daring White Top, Low-Rise Maxi Skirt
Hunter Schafer did not come to play. The Euphoria star showed up to Vanity Fair’s Oscars after-party wanting to turn heads, and she certainly succeeded.
She wore a daring set from Ann Demeulemeester’s debut collection by designer Ludovic de Saint Sernin. The outfit included a long, thin white feather as a bandeau top and a low-waisted satin maxi skirt of the same color. Schafer flaunted her toned abs and arms and posed on the red carpet of the Sunday event in Los Angeles.
The look was styled by Law Roach, who opted for minimal jewelry, leaving the star’s sharp collarbones on display. The 24-year-old donned two chunky rings from Mara Paris.
Tons of fans chimed in to the comments of Schafer’s IG post to compliment the outfit and note how “jaw dropping” it was.
“God is a woman,” Luca Scarpelli chirped.
“cultural reset,” wrote the official MTV account.
“She has more trust in that top than I have in my own family,” one fan joked.
The Cuckoo actress’s light brown hair was parted in the middle and loosely crimped by Rena Calhoun. Makeup artist Sandy Ganzer opted for a fresh base and light pink lip paired with a dramatic smokey eye and bold liner to make Schafer’s blue eyes pop.
“When I first saw Hunter in the Ann Demeulemeester look for the Vanity Fair Oscar’s after party I was overwhelmed with how stunning and Goddess-like she was,” Gazner gushed on Instagram. “Rena Calhoun (who did this insane hair) said she immediately thought of Botticelli’s Birth of Venus as inspiration for the hair and I took that idea and ran with it. I tried to envision what a modern Botticelli painting would look like and designed the makeup around that. Ultra feminine, soft and romantic pinks and golds and browns, but used in a modern way with a bit of an edge.”
