Congratulations, Hailey Clauson! The 2023 SI Swimsuit model was named the co-owner and creative director of boutique modeling agency Margaux earlier this week.

The 28-year-old and the Los Angeles-based company announced the exciting news in a joint Instagram post on April 6. Clauson, who is also represented by the agency, shared her enthusiasm in the post’s caption.

“I am so excited for the future of the company and the changes we hope to make in the fashion industry,” she wrote.

In a feature article with Women’s Wear Daily, Clauson opened up further about combining her love of modeling with business.

“I love the creative expression that comes with modeling as well as the business side of the industry, so I am really looking forward to bringing these two worlds together within this role,” she told the outlet. “It’s also very important to me to support talent from all backgrounds—age, body type, culture, gender and sexual identities—and to be able to champion the shared dream of succeeding in this exciting industry.”

Tons of the model’s 583,000 IG followers cheered her on in the comments section.

“Go Hailey go!!!! Congrats❤️,” wrote fellow SI Swimsuit model and fitness entrepreneur Katie Austin.

“Congratulations 😍👏🏾🙌🏾,” cheered 2023 rookie Madisin Rian.

“This is so dope!” 2020 Swim Search co-winner Tanaye White applauded. “Congratulations!”
