Hunter McGrady opened up in her most recent Instagram post. The SI Swimsuit model shared her thoughts on baby No. 2 and how she feels during her pregnancy this time around. A number of moms weighed in to the comments to express their shared support and similar emotions. McGrady wore a black bra and underwear set and showed off her growing baby bump in a casual makeup-less mirror selfie.

“It’s amazing how I have so many less photos of this pregnancy, at least not curated ones.. they’re usually shot in between changes in my closet, not because I don’t want them but because my mind has been laser focused on other things—mainly my first born,” McGrady began in the Tuesday post. “I didn’t realize the guilt that I would feel during this pregnancy either. I hear all my friends who are pregnant with their second saying, ‘I can’t wait to see them together! No guilt here!’ And while i, too, can’t wait to see them together, it’s hard for me to relate.”

The 29-year-old shares a 19-month-old son, Hudson, with her husband, Brian Keys. The two broke the news of their second pregnancy in an adorable video last September.

“I cry often because I’m sad that It won’t just be mama, Dada, and Hudson anymore,” she added. “I cry because as much as I know that I’m giving my son the greatest gift he will ever have in life, I will be splitting my time and capacity, unlike before. I cry because I hope he never feels like he is getting any less of me. I cry because he saved me in a time during my life that i was falling apart which has created an even stronger bond that he won’t even realize until he is older. I cry because his world is about to chance and he has no idea.”

McGrady has an older sister, Michaela McGrady, who is also a model. “So beautifully said sissy ❤️,” she chirped in the comments. The two grew up together in Los Angeles with a younger brother, Tynan, who died in 2021.

“I cry because I see him practicing with his baby doll, feeding it, holding it, protecting it, and In my heart I know that he’s going to forever be the greatest big brother and fill that role in such a beautiful way,” McGrady continued. “I cry because I know the love and adoration I have always had for my siblings and am excited for him to experience that.”

McGrady noted that it’s important to understand that grieving the past and being excited for the future are not mutually exclusive. Both feelings can “exist simultaneously” and are equally valid.

“We’re getting so close to my due date and every chance I get i just want soak up with my baby boy, my first born,” she wrote. McGrady finished her post with a call to action for tips on how to “introduce a new sibling to a toddler who doesn’t quite understand yet.”

The IG mom community did not disappoint, and several people chimed in with advice. A handful of followers also commented with support and love for the soon-to-be mom of two.

“All of this 🙏🏼,” said fellow SI Swimsuit model Katrina Scott.

“I think about this all the time, even though we aren’t there yet, I feel guilty even thinking about bringing someone else into our strong team of 3,” added Maxey Greene. “Reading all these comments is so reassuring ❤️ thanks for sharing.”
