While rumors have been circulating for some time that Breathe costars Jennifer Hudson and Common are an item, the EGOT winner and rapper finally publicly confirmed their romance—and in adorable fashion, we may add.

When the 51-year-old actor was a guest on Hudson’s talk show, The Jennifer Hudson Show, earlier this week, the 42-year-old Dreamgirls star cheekily asked if he was dating anyone.

“Yes, and I’m in a relationship that is with one of the most beautiful people I ever met in life,” he remarked. “She’s smart, she loves God, she has something real down-to-Earth about her, she’s talented. But I set my standard kinda high, because she had to have an EGOT, she had to win an Oscar on her first movie. I set my standard high ... she had to get her own talk show.”

Common then turned the question on Hudson, who replied, “I’m dating as well and I am very happy.”

The heartwarming moment was shared on the daytime talk show’s official Instagram account, and received tons of sweet feedback.

“And that’s why you’re glowing every time we shop 😍 Couldn’t be happier for my girl! ❤️,” Hudson's friend Cheryl Burke wrote.

“The audience be loving the tea - that one scream that rang through the air 😂,” another user quipped of the studio audience.

“She was trying so hard not to blush ☺️ this is so adorable! I’m happy for them ❤️,” a fan added.

“Oh this is GOOD. Power couple alert!!! 🔥,” someone else cheered.
