Jourdan Dunn Goes Head-to-Toe Sheer With Mesh Black Gown at BAFTA After-Party
Jourdan Dunn was turning heads at a BAFTA after-party on Feb. 19. The British model sported a gorgeous gown made of a black mesh material. The dress, designed by Nensi Dojaka, was completely sheer except for white panels covering Dunn’s chest. She opted for visible sleek black cheeky underwear and short open-toed heels.
Her short dark hair was pinned behind one ear and left loosely curled on the other side. The 32-year-old’s glam involved a glowy base, smokey eye makeup and a brown glossy lip.
The dress featured some extra flair with ruching around the bust, several crisscrossed straps around the neckline and two side cut-outs to cinch her waist. She showed off her small tattoos and toned legs at the event hosted by British Vogue and Tiffany & Co.
In an interview with British Vogue, the Riches star dished about how she gets ready for every major event.
“I have this purifying spray that I spritz around to cleanse the air and calm me, it’s my signature scent. Then I have so many playlists. Beyoncé has been on heavy rotation and I feel like she’s quite fitting for tonight,” she said of the star-studded awards night. “It’s all about creating the right vibe. The DJ is very, very key. Once you have an amazing DJ who can read the room, and people who want to dance and have fun, you can’t lose.”
Dunn cohosted the afterparty alongside the publication’s editor-in-chief, Edward Enninful, and actress Anya Taylor-Joy. She sported multiple other—but equally stunning—outfits throughout the night.
Her first look, a crystal off-the-shoulder gown designed by Georges Hobeika, was a sharp contrast to the sultry lingerie-inspired black dress.
