You Need to Hear Kamie Crawford’s Relationship Advice for 2024

Tune in to her wisdom from an episode of the model’s podcast, ‘Relationsh*t With Kamie Crawford.’
Kamie Crawford

Kamie Crawford.

Model and television personality Kamie Crawford is something of a relationship expert. She serves as the host of MTV’s Are You The One?, and cohosts the network’s Catfish: The TV Show. Additionally, as the host of the podcast Relationsh*t With Kamie Crawford, the 31-year-old SI Swimsuit model regularly dishes up valuable advice where partnerships are concerned.

Crawford and the podcast’s official Instagram account shared a joint post on Friday that we’re officially turning into our mantra for 2024 moving forward. And while the snippet originally aired on an episode in ’22, Crawford’s advice rings true just as much now as it did back then.

“Sometimes you do have to like take audit of who’s in your life, and what is serving you well and what isn’t,” the two-time SI Swimsuit star stated. “Like, why are you dragging excess baggage and excess weight and excess hurt and things like that into tomorrow, let alone a new year, you know?”

Crawford doubled down on her stance in the comments section, where she wrote “Start making them cuts, bestie!!! Everybody can’t make it ✂️✂️✂️.”

Plenty of fans and followers clearly resonated with the message, as they chimed in with their own feedback.

“Out with the old in with the new👏,” one person applauded.

@kamiecrawford FOR PRESIDENT 💗💗💗 #queen,” someone else suggested.

The podcast episode, titled “New Year, New Me??” was originally published in January 2022, and is available on all podcast streaming platforms.
