Kate Hudson Is Totally in Her Element With Her New Music Career

The actress released her debut single, ‘Talk About Love,’ in January.

Kate Hudson is taking a break from acting to focus on her singing career and fans are so here for it. The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star, who released her debut single, “Talk About Love,” in January, has been teasing and loosely talking about an album on the horizon.

And her latest Instagram post really proves just how much she‘s loving this new musical era. The 44-year-old donned a super sparkly, sequined gold flared pants and halter bra top set as she sang her heart out on stage in front of a metallic streamer background. One hand held the microphone as her other arm was fully extended in the air in sheer excitement and happiness.

“Incoming… ✨✨✨✨,” she captioned the post, once again hinting at more music to come. We’re hoping this pic means a tour could accompany the album, too.

“Never saw you so in your element! Love!!!! 🌹,” one person commented, to which we totally agree.

“You’re such a Goddess 😍😍😍,” one fan complimented.

“would love to hear you Kate ❤,” another begged.

“Sing it, sister 💫,” someone else chimed.

The Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery actress, who is signed with recording company Virgin Music Group, has expressed that this new phase of entertainment isn’t about the money or fame. Rather, it is purely out of passion and desire to try something new, regardless of how it may be perceived. 

“Over time you realize, and as you get older, [you are] the very thing holding you back. And taking risks is part of [what] has been a thrill for me, which is why I want to be an artist and why I’ve always put myself out there. Do it because you love it, not because you’re expecting some sort of validation—I just got [to] that point,” she shared. “I would say to the younger kids is, ‘What moves you? What is the actual purpose of all this?’ If it’s seeking the outside, then you’re going to get hurt. But if it’s a drive, if it’s a calling, keep going.”
