Television personality and designer Kristin Cavallari officially hard launched her new relationship on Instagram earlier this week, and the partnership is causing a major commotion online.

The 37-year-old mom of three posted a cute selfie alongside her boyfriend, Mark Estes, on Instagram on Feb. 27 with the sweet caption “He makes me happy 🤍.” Many followers were quick to point out the large age gap between the Laguna Beach alumna and her beau, who is 24.

Since the pic was posted on Tuesday, the comments section of Cavallari’s post has turned into a floor for debate over the couple’s 13-year age gap.

“What could a 37 year old and 24 year old possibly have in common,” one person inquired.

“You know he’s too young for you when his Snapchat handle is in his bio,” another individual stated.

“No one is saying nothing about 49 years old Bradley Cooper dating 28 years old Gigi Hadid. C mon SHUT UP GUYS,” someone else pointed out, citing the couple’s 21-year age difference.

“Men date younger all the time… why is it a problem for women to do the same?” another user concurred.

“Does anything else matter? ❤❤❤ be happy!” Bethenny Frankel encouraged.

“IN YOUR COUGAR ERA AND LOVING EVERY SECOND OF THIS FOR YOUUUUUUU 😍🔥🔥🔥,” one person cheered.

Cavallari shares her three children, Camden, Jaxon and Saylor, with her ex-husband, Jay Cutler. The two were married for about seven years before they split in April 2020. Their divorce was finalized two years later.
